Bickmore Sponsorship Program

The structure of Bickmore’s Sponsorship Program is specifically designed to benefit the exhibitor, association, retailer, and Bickmore, thereby linking all facets of the industry, making all of us stronger and more unified.

These are just a few of the things Bickmore has become known for over the years. Bickmore understands the importance of continuing our involvement within the equestrian community. As more people become involved in the equine sports arena, educating the consumer remains imperative. They need useful products and promotions from the industry which is provided through the Bickmore Sponsorship Program.

There are two product focused sponsorship options:

Option 1: The Leather Care Point of Purchase Display

  • The association or sponsored party must gain a commitment from a local tack shop/retailer and set up a temporary partnership with Bickmore. Once the event is authorized and they have secured a commitment from a local tack shop/retailer, the association will receive the 24 Sponsorship Kits. The retail value of the kits is $118.
    • Each kit contains a 2 oz. bottle of Bick 1 Leather Cleaner, a 2 oz. bottle of Bick 4 Leather Conditioner, and a cleaning cloth all packaged in a reusable vinyl carrying case.
    • The kit will have the participating tack shop/retailer’s contact information displayed in a prominent location on the kit to direct the exhibitors to their store for additional product purchases and information.
  • The tack shop/retailer commitment consists of the purchase of (1) Bickmore Leather Care Point of Purchase countertop display at a discounted cost and stocked with Bickmore products for consumer sale. The tack shop/retailer will fax to Bickmore the Point of Purchase Order Form. Bickmore will send the POS display to the tack shop and the 24 Sponsorship kits to the association with the tack shop contact information on back. Click here to open the Order Form.

Option 2: The MacWipe Intro Pack

  • The association or sponsored party must gain a commitment from a local tack shop/retailer and set up a temporary partnership with Bickmore. Once the event is authorized and they have secured a commitment from a local tack shop/retailer, the association will receive 50 Sample MacWipe Equine Grooming Cloths. The retail value of the sample MacWipes is $98.
  • Each MacWipe grooming cloth is individually packaged with a 10” x 12” pre-moistened disposable cloth which wipes away dirt, sweat and lather. Link to sample wipe photo .
  • The Sample MacWipe Grooming Cloths will have the participating retailers contact information displayed in a prominent location to direct the exhibitors to their store for additional product purchases and information.
  • The tack shop/retailer commitment consists of the purchase of one MacWipe Intro Pack at a discounted cost and stocked with MacWipe Products to sell to consumers. The tack shop/retailer will fax to Bickmore the MacWipe Intro Pack Order Form. Bickmore will send the Intro Pack to the participating tack shop/retailer and the 50 MacWipe Samples to the association with the tack shop/retailer contact information on back. Once the association has handed out all of the kits or the Sample MacWipe’s, the exhibitors and consumers will seek out additional product, leading them to visit to the local tack shop/retailer whose name is featured on the promotional goods. Increased traffic in their store will lead to additional sales and growth for the entire store. Bickmore gains increased brand awareness, sales, and loyal consumers. The association will also reap the rewards from the Bickmore Sponsorship Program as people remember and recognize the valued gifts they received at the sponsored event. Increase industry participation is the overall winner from this program.

In order to participate in the new sponsorship program, the association or requesting party must download the appropriate files from the website. If no Internet is available, requests for the necessary forms must be made in writing 60 days prior to the event . The association has one month to return the necessary information. Once the event is authorized and they have secured a commitment from a local tack shop, the association will receive the 24 Sponsorship Kits.
